Caruso Group International is an association and meeting management company established for the purpose of providing high quality, highly professional and cost effective executive and administrative management services and meeting and conference planning services for organizations which seek the level of services we provide.

Our service is built upon a respect for and an understanding of the value of time and a keen appreciation of the importance of volunteer or staff contributions to the success of each organization. All services are based upon the following tenets:

  • the establishment of priorities and objectives through feedback, 

  • the use of visioning, research and planning; 

  • the creation of systems necessary to carry out and monitor progress towards those priorities and objectives; 

  • constant internal updating and training in the areas of communications, meeting management, advocacy and general association management; 

  • integrity of service built upon the communication of client expectations and company commitment; 

  • working under the concept of shared resources: centralized office, shared personnel, overhead costs and equipment
    (no capital investment); 

  • working as a partner with organization leaders, allowing them to concentrate on policy issues as we assist them in the achievement of their highest priorities; 

  • provision of experience, knowledge, and expertise as needed, when needed, and customizing staff needs to fit peak activity periods; 

  • provision of expertise and technology that leaders may find difficult to do themselves at less than what it would cost to hire full-time staff, and 

  • maintenance of continuity of business operations during leadership and staff changes.
